Quarterbacks Tom Brady and Drew Brees go way back to their days together in the Big Ten, and they’ve got a close relationship now that they’re two of the best in the NFL. They worked out together for one day this offseason in Southern California, and they spent time together today after practice. Brees raved about his respect for Brady.
“I’ve got a great relationship with Tom,” Brees said. “I think a lot of him, not only professionally but personally, and certainly he’s one of the best, if not the best, of all time. To get a chance to see the way he works and operates up close and personal, certainly that’s a joy for me.”
